James C. Couri Legally Declared a Nuisance - a quote from the Judgment & Order.


"...the jury after duly deliberating having returned a verdict to the Court on the 9th day of May 2007 in favor of plaintiffs GEORGE PAVIA and ANTONIA PAVIA and against defendants JAMES COURI and MARLENE COURI finding that defendant JAMES COURI is a nuisance and breached the lease, and that plaintiffs GEORGE PAVIA and ANTONIA PAVIA did not breach the warranty of habitability, and did not commit fraud, retaliation and malicious prosecution, and the Court having previously dismissed the defendants claims and counterclaims for harrassment, and based upon the jury verdict finding JAMES COURI a nuisance, and pursuant to Rent Stabilization Code 2524.3(b), plaintiffs GEORGE PAVIA and ANTONIA PAVIA are entitled to terminate defedant JAMES COURI'S tenancy."
