On August 28, 2019, a federal court dismissed Couri's unhinged-pro se complaint against defendants Kenneth V. Gomez, Esq., other well recognized New York and California-based attorneys, a number of established New York and California judges, the County of Riverside California, the Riverside County California District Attorney, the Riverside California Sheriff's Department, the UCLA Medical Center, the University of Wisconsin Hospital, not to mention a host of private citizens. Nearly 30 defendants in all.
Below are copies of the order of dismissal and docket. From the outset, Couri harassed and abused the federal court and its support staff without cause despite repeated warnings to cease. This is Couri's modus operandi. Couri is never about the merits; he is about defamation.
Significantly, none of the defendants appeared in the federal court action. Couri had no interest in pursuing the allegations (against me) because they are meritless. Rather, Couri's goal was to give his false and now terribly old allegations a "ring of truth" by having them appear in a court-filed document. That is what con men do. That is what Couri does. Throws mud covers his tracks and claims to be judgment proof.
For the record, the order dismissed Couri's claims against Dan Angers, Garrett Behrens, Lisa Brunette, Joseph M. Burke, Esq., Theresa Castiglione, Vincent Castiglione, Maria Castiglioni, the Hon. Gomez, Esq., Diane Hendricks, Hendricks Holding, Michael Hestrin, Sulmeyer Kupetz, Folkenflik McGarity, Shaun Murphy, Esq., Antonia Pavia, George Pavia, Esq., David Richardson, Esq., Riverside County CA, Riverside County CA District Attorney, Riverside County CA Sheriff Dept., SBEMP, John Siebert, MD, University of Wisconsin Hospital, Scott Walker, and the Hon. Paul Wooten.
