James Couri Voluntarily Withdrew His Medical Malpractice Lawsuit against UCLA Medical Center When the Hospital Refused to Pay For His Subjective Complaints.

A year or two ago, Couri sued the U.C.L.A Medical Center claiming one or more of its doctors had committed medical malpractice. When the attorneys representing the hospital learned of Couri's background; experienced first-hand Couri's defamation and harassment techniques; they determined that Couri's subjective complaints had no merit. Significantly, the Medical Center did not offer Couri a settlement of any kind. Couri was left with the opportunity to prove his medical malpractice claims at trial, which he declined to do; Through his personal injury attorney, Couri voluntarily discontinued his action against the U.C.L.A. Medical Center with prejudice.
