If Couri has "truck loads" of evidence of my misconduct, as he claims, why have I not heard from the FBI, the CIA, the United States Attorney's Office (Preet Bharara), the Manhattan District Attorney's Office, the NYPD, the IRS, an attorney for his alleged "witness(es)," the New York Law Journal, the New York Bar Association, or anyone else in regard to Couri's allegations? The only person I've heard from in the last nine years is Couri. It is more than telling that Couri's allegations begin and end with Couri.

If Couri has evidence of misconduct, why did he feel the need to send 20 harassing and defamatory emails to me in the last 30 days?

What a waste of time, energy and [his] life.

Note:

The only other communications I receive about Couri are from Couri's victims — thanks to my blog. Hardly six months go by before I am contacted by another person, a family, or a business that is being harassed and defamed by Couri; typically, by means of a campaign of telephone calls, emails, internet postings, and faxes and letters to the victim's employer, personal contacts, or companies with which the victim conducts business.

Just a few months ago, it was Couri who had a judgment entered against him for more than $15 million for defrauding Dr. John Siebert; in addition, in the last few months, Couri has been declared to be a vexatious litigant by the New York State Supreme Court and the Superior Court of Riverside, California.
